Detail information of performance:
- Paint stop filter media is a type of filter material used to trap and retain overspray and paint particles in paint mist exhaust systems. It is typically made of fiberglass or synthetic fibers and consists of multiple layers of progressively denser fibers. As paint-laden air passes through the filter, larger particles are trapped on the outer layers, while smaller particles are halted by the finer inner layers. Proper use of paint stop filter media helps to prevent environmental contamination and improve air quality while reducing the frequency of filter changes.
- The compression packing may save the fare and the storage in the transportation. After decompression, it will regain its original condition;
- With better resistance to corrosion, all kind of solvent, acid-base and high temperature.
- Good elasticity fiber glass, no transformation even under the condition of pressure, therefore all the space can be made good use for collecting paint mist.
- Using fluffy fiber glass material with Progressive structure, air inlet side is green, which is fluffy. The density of fiber increase gradually from inlet side (green) to outlet side (white). With this special structure, it can prevent surface material from being blocked too soon, meanwhile providing best effect of filtering and holding the paint.
