Application:

Applied to various commercial and industrial fresh air purification or exhaust emission purification
1)  Cleanroom outdoor air  air-conditioning system, MAU air purification.

As the thickness, we have 4mm or 5mm thickness, but can be customized, if you need 4.4mm thickness, it would be have ±0.5 allowance.

2) Sponge PPI: 
For the PPI, our regular product has 35PPI and 40PPI, but you require 45PPI, we have the MOQ requirement.

3) Formaldehyde removal rate:

Q: Does the photocatalytic filter conduct electricity?

A:  
The main component of photocatalyst is titanium dioxide. Titanium dioxide is conductive, but our photocatalyst filter is made by sponge, which spray with titanium dioxide powder and adhesive, so whether it is conductive needs further verification. This is mainly used for decomposition of formaldehyde, dichlorobenzene, toluene, xylene, TVOC and other harmful gases in the air, need ultraviolet irradiation to produce decomposition function, that's meant it is necessary to work with the ultraviolet light at the same time.

Q: What wavelength of light should be for maximum efficiency? 

A: 
Actually, Ordinary visible light wave (380nm - 780nm) is OK, so no special requirements, ultraviolet light will be within 400nm, that is enough for that to make maximum efficiency.

Q: What PPI of sponge?  

A:  We can make it according to customer's requirement, sponge PPI does not affect the prices for all 10~45 PPI products.
